Occupation: Graduate and/or certified Physician Assistant in the U.S. {Sorry, students are not eligible.}
Specialty: Allergy, Industrial/Occupational Medicine, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine/General, Internal Medicine/Sub spec, Pediatrics/General, Emergency Medicine, Family/General Practice, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Public Health/Prev Medicine, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Surgery/General

NOTE: If you are a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), any specialty is applicable.

If you are a Physician Assistant AND meet all the above listed criteria... 
AAPA members: If you are a graduate dues paying member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), you are automatically eligible. If you are not receiving this publication, please contact member services at 703-836-2272 ext: 3350.

NON-AAPA members: You are eligible for a complimentary subscription provided you meet all the criteria. Please complete the annual AAPA Census Form when it is mailed to you or request a complimentary subscription by completing this online form http://www.aapa.org/papr.htm. Membership is not required.

Change the address for your complimentary subscription
Mail your new address, old address, account#, and title of the publication to:  PA Free - COA c/o Direct Medical Data, 2340 River Road, Suite 408, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

When you will receive your complimentary subscription
Physician Assistants' Prescribing Reference is a quarterly publication; therefore, the first issue will not arrive until the next quarter, depending upon your date of membership with AAPA or updating of the AAPA records.  See schedule below:

Claim a missed or damaged issue
We do not generally replace missed issues unless it is damaged by the mailing process or missing pages. We will send you a postpaid envelope to return the damaged copy back to us with your replacement. To claim an issue due to damage or misprint, please call 646-638-6062 (M-F, 9am-5pm EST).

Cancel a complimentary subscription
Send a letter requesting discontinuance of your subscription to: Prescribing Reference, Inc. 114 West 26th St., 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

My subscription stopped, what do I do
Complimentary subscriptions do not technically expire but continue indefinitely as long as you meet the criteria. Most often the subscription has stopped due to a change of address. Follow the instructions listed under "Changing my address".
